Windmill Upon Hills offers a great location for a family getaway with stunning views. The facilities provided, like dish wash and basic essentials, make the stay convenient. The pool, especially the heated one, is perfect for enjoying the cool weather at Genting.

The lift system can be inconvenient during peak times, causing long waits. The cleanliness of the rooms, including the comforter and bed sheets, could be improved.

The place is clean with spotless rooms and pleasant views of the mountain. It has marvellous setting near the mountain, and restaurant's and shops.

This is a spacious apartment with particularly nice views of the mountain and the top of Genting Highlands. If offers beautiful location next to restaurant's, and outlet mall. Not to mention that it is located in Genting HIghlands. Looking forward to my next really really nice stay in this venue for family's vacation.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The value for money was exceptional, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was convenient, with shops nearby, and the swimming pools offered a stunning view. The staff went above and beyond, contacting me ahead of time and providing helpful directions.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom apartment. the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals, and the pool was fantastic for both adults and kids. the location was convenient with nearby food stalls, Watsons, and Starbucks.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to a variety of food outlets offering Thai, Indonesian, Malay, Mamak, and Chinese cuisines. There were also Starbucks coffee, Speed 99, Watson, 7Eleven, Petron, and other shops nearby. Check-in and check-out were seamless, thanks to the efficient and professional staff. The infinity swimming pool on the 41st floor was the main attraction, offering a breathtaking view of the mountains. The hotel also provided an adult pool and a children's pool. The buffet breakfast was worth waking up for, with a delicious spread of Malaysian nasi lemak, porridge, scrambled eggs, and a variety of bread and fruits. We loved sitting outside and enjoying the cool air and mist while sipping our hot tea and coffee. Ample parking lots were available, with the option to park at our allocated parking lot or on Level 2 or 3.

The location was fantastic, with convenience stores and a Starbucks just a short walk away. the balcony view was stunning, offering a lovely sight of the surrounding area. the cleanliness of the property was top-notch, making for a comfortable stay.

There were a few aspects that I did not appreciate. the lack of WiFi in a new building was disappointing.

Stayed in a "penthouse" with low ceilings and wet bathrooms, but at least there was a game room and karaoke. Convenient location and new, so that's something.

I loved being woken up by the sound of a lamp hitting the wall. Can't wait to experience that again.

The apartment at Windmill Upon Hills was like a cozy home away from home, with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for enjoyable meals together. I loved that each unit had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, perfect for relaxing and catching up on my favorite shows. The private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer was clean and convenient, making my stay comfortable throughout.

Personally, I found the hot tub in the apartment a bit unnecessary for my taste, but I understand that others may enjoy this feature.

Oh, how I adored waiting patiently with my small children and luggage while the receptionists ignored our existence and entertained other guests. It was truly a delightful start to our stay.

windmill upon hills was a great value for money stay. superb location and great facilities including a pool and sauna. the apartment had all the necessary appliances and cooking utensils. overall, a fantastic experience.
